We proudly announce being one of only 15 departments in the country selected join the American Geophysical Union’s Bridge Program during the program's first year (AGU announcement here). Our Department is firmly committed to advancing the Earth Sciences through the increased participation of underrepresented minority students in doctoral programs, the express mission of this program.
