Keneni Godana won a travel grant to travel to (their native) Chicago this winter to present their work combining seismic and petrological constraints to understand the mantle structure and chemistry of the failed midcontinental rift. This work stemmed from Keneni's second fellowship at the UNAVCO-hosted, NSF funded, RESESS program.
