Alex Simms awarded tenure

It is with great pleasure that we announce that Prof. Alex Simms has been awarded tenure here at UCSB. Alex's research interests focus on sedimentary response to sea-level, climate, and tectonic changes. He is actively purusing NSF-funded research projects in Antarctica, texas and southern California. Congratulations, Alex!
