Robin Matoza and Roberta Rudnick join the Department faculty!

We are pleased to announce the appointments of Robin Matoza and Roberta Rudnick to our faculty. Professor Matoza’s expertise is the geophysics, seismology, and acoustics of volcanoes, including infrasound, and seismo-acoustics.  Professor Rudnick is an internationally recognized scholar whose research focuses on the origin and evolution of continents, particularly the lower continental crust and lithospheric mantle.
