Roadside Geology of Southern California wins award

Professor Emeritus Art Sylvester and co-author Libby Gans received the good news that their book, Roadside Geology of Southern California, won the 2017 Best Guidebook Award (popular category). This award is given each year by the Geoscience Information Society, and their book, which sold out the first printing in months, deserves this coveted award.
