Alexander Wrobel

I am a structural geologist that studies the tectonic history of western North America specifically focusing on extensional tectonics in the basin and range province and the structural evolution of metamorphic core complexes. My research incorporates field mapping, structural analysis, and thermo/geochronology. Outside of academia, I have experience in mineral exploration (gold mining - Nevada) and geographic information systems.
