• Reviewing & approving petitions
• Degree completion paperwork
• Major/Minor requirement checks
• EAP approvals
• Clear transfer courses
• Schedules courses
• Assist with summer sessions
• Assist with gear rentals for field courses
• Assist instructors with textbooks or field supply ordering
• Facilitates new course approvals
• Disabled Student Program exam accommodations
• Change of Major petitions
• Manages ESCI’s
• Outreach throughout the year
• Department room reservation approvals
• Host to our annual undergraduate specific events
